Kailey is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona. She utilizes a variety of therapy modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR to provide a comprehensive approach to therapy. Kailey primarily works with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, relationships, communication issues, self-esteem, and trauma.
Kailey is dedicated to creating a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, she works with clients to build tools to address present issues and uncover deeper roots and patterns that may be holding them back. Her empathetic and client-centered approach is designed to help individuals not only cope with their current struggles, but also achieve lasting change and resilience.
Kailey grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. She later moved to New York City to pursue her Master’s degree at NYU. After several amazing years in New York City, she returned back home to Arizona to enjoy the warm weather, desert landscapes, and beautiful sunsets.
Outside of work, Kailey loves traveling, spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and her sweet goldendoodle, Enzo.
Therapy Approaches
Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a collaborative space where your story is honored, your voice is heard, and your strengths are the foundation for change. Rooted in genuine connection and compassion, this process empowers you to explore challenges, while also identifying practical steps forward. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we highlight what’s working, envision what’s possible, and build on your existing resilience to create meaningful, lasting change.
My therapy practice offers a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs and aimed at promoting growth and healing.
EMDR
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma and emotional distress. By using bilateral stimulation techniques, EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact and allowing for healthier responses. This evidence-based therapy is effective for a range of treatment for PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
For many, EMDR provides relief when other therapies haven’t, and it can lead to meaningful and lasting change. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences, EMDR can be a transformative step toward healing and improving your mental and emotional health.
