Jade Zinser, LAC, Co-Owner
Jade is a licensed associate counselor (LAC) with a deep passion for working with both young adults and adults. Drawing from her extensive training in neurofeedback, biofeedback, polyvagal theory, person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT, Jade takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients to tailor the best individualized treatment plan. Having worked in a variety of collaborative, holistic clinics, she is experienced in partnering with clients’ healthcare teams to foster comprehensive healing. Her clients consistently value her integrative approach, noting that it supports both deeper understanding and lasting transformation.
Clients describe Jade as warm, genuine, and fully dedicated to their growth and well-being. She approaches each session with compassion and transparency, and is unwavering in her belief that healing is possible, even in the face of life's greatest challenges. Jade specializes in working with issues such as anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, daily stressors, attachment difficulties, depression, self-esteem, and relational challenges. A particular passion of hers is incorporating her knowledge of neuroscience into her practice. Jade is also a certified neurofeedback and LENS provider, with extensive training in these modalities.
Jade believes that humans are inherently relational beings, and as such, she places a strong emphasis on cultivating a positive therapeutic relationship. She strives to be authentic in all her interactions and creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore, reflect, and grow.
Outside of her work, Jade enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Murphy. She’s also an avid sports fan (thanks to her husband), loves discovering new restaurants, and treasures time spent with her family and friends.
